On Saturday, March 24, 2024, the Ghana Muslim Mission Dome Branch hosted its highly anticipated 4th annual fundraising Iftah. This cherished tradition aims to gather support for orphan aid and academic scholarships at the esteemed Ghana Muslim Mission Islamic College of Education, located in Asanti Beposo.

The evening unfolded with remarkable splendor as esteemed guests and influential figures graced the occasion, demonstrating their solidarity for the noble cause of academic empowerment.

Taking place amidst the holy month of Ramadan, the hosts spared no effort in creating a captivating ambiance, ensuring attendees experienced a visual and culinary delight. The meticulous attention to detail in food and program coordination added to the event’s allure.

As the night progressed, the Ghana Muslim Mission took the opportunity to acknowledge and commend its dedicated members for their unwavering commitment and positive contributions to the organization over the years.

Notable among the generous contributors were Alhaji Mahamudu Bawumia, the Vice President of Ghana, Suleiman Ikedi Enyoha Alhikma, the Founder of the Ashongman Boxing League, and Hajia Habiba Kamkam, along with other esteemed dignitaries.

Thanks to the collective generosity of these individuals and organizations, the Ghana Muslim Mission Dome Branch will now be able to extend vital support to orphaned children within the Zongo communities, as well as provide scholarships for aspiring teachers and Imams. These initiatives play a pivotal role in nurturing the educational and spiritual development of young Muslims nationwide, fostering a brighter future for generations to come.
